Essex CAJI Webinar Book Launch

Essex CAJI is excited to be hosting a Webinar for Nick O’Brien’s recent book, Politics and Administrative Justice: Postliberalism, Street-level Bureaucracy and the Reawakening of Democratic Citizenship.

This book draws upon various historical and comparative research, and argues in favour of a re-examination of the means through which law mediates the relationship between the citizen and the State.
